As Junior Designer, Joan brings a fresh, modern perspective to the design process. She supports senior designers with concept boards, material selection, and styling, always seeking the perfect blend of elegance and innovation. Maya’s meticulous eye for proportion and color ensures every detail contributes to a cohesive, luxurious result.
Before joining SceneSetters, Joan worked as a design assistant for a luxury furniture brand, where she developed a deep knowledge of custom craftsmanship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from Parsons School of Design, where her final thesis project was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence.
