As Project Manager, he coordinates schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring every stage runs smoothly while keeping clients informed and engaged. His ability to balance creative vision with logistical precision makes him an invaluable bridge between design and execution.
Tom's background spans both luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects, having served as Operations Manager for a high-end design-build firm in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University, where he specialized in Project Management and Operations.
